PROSPECT AVENUE BYPASS

CES's continual relationship with the Town of Estes Park, Mr. Todd led the design development, preparation of construction specifications and plans, project management and construction observation of this project. The project consisted of the complete removal and reconstruction of 2300 linear feet of urban roadway. The reconstruction consisted of realignment of the existing roadway with the addition of curb, gutter and pedestrian sidewalk. Also included was the relocation of existing overhead power lines to underground, replacement of existing water main, installation of additional storm drains and inlets and coordination with utility companies during construction.

YMCA of the ROCKIES
SUMMIT WATER STORAGE TANK

The tank will provide additional storage for potable water and fire flow demands. The tank is located on the YMCA Summit property, across the valley from the main Estes Park YMCA complex. Cornerstone's services consisted of design/survey, preliminary and final design, construction plans and specifications, cost estimates, project bidding and construction observation.

US HIGHWAY 34/36 BRIDGE & UNDERPASS

Cornerstone led the design development preparation of construction specifications and plans, project management and construction observation of this complex project. The project consisted of widening approximately one half mile of U.S. Hwy 36 of Estes Park. Included in the project was widening of the highway bridge across the Big Thompson River, reconfiguration of intersections with intersecting streets and installation of pedestrian underpass connecting the existing Lake Estes trail system with the Town Riverwalk.

This project was a 54 unit development funded by the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. Work included site analysis, site planning, design of infrastructure to include road, sewer, storm sewer, water and electrical. Cornerstone acted as Construction Manager/General Contractor to oversee the full construction of the project.
